I started the year doing a face project, but after a while, I felt that it wasn't something that I wished to progress with at that time. Knowing that I'd be back in the UK mid-year, I decided to end that project and start a new one whilst overseas.

Doors have always been interesting beasts as they hint at what mystery may lay beyond them. So I thought that doors could be an interesting way to go and this is the result of that.

To summarise the content, there are
793 doors
of which
307 are from the UK
200 are from Paris and
286 are from Melbourne

I am happy with a lot of the photos taken but I don't think, on the whole, that the project captures the magic. Maybe I needed more of the buildings and not justthe doors. I may revisit it in the future and try another variation, but for now, I've finished with this.
